Manoj Tavarajoo - Director | Principal Consultant

Manoj Tavarajoo is an enterprise transformation leader with over twenty years of global experience working with boards, executives, and senior leadership teams at moments of strategic and operational inflection.


He specialises in transformation strategy, governance design, and large-scale program leadership across digital platforms, data and AI adoption, operating model change, and enterprise modernisation initiatives. Manoj is frequently engaged where transformation initiatives are highly visible, complex, or under pressure, providing calm leadership, structured governance, and disciplined execution to stabilise delivery and drive measurable outcomes.


His experience spans global organisations including Vodafone Group, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, IBM, Acterna, and Nexon Asia Pacific, as well as public sector agencies across the Asia Pacific region. He also serves as an advisor with Dialectica, providing independent insight on complex transformation, technology strategy, and operating model topics.


Manoj is the author of two books on AI transformation and enterprise operating models:


  • Leading the AI Transformation: a practitioner guide for executives navigating the leadership, strategy, governance, and cultural dimensions of AI-enabled transformation.
  • The AI Operating Model Playbook: a structural guide to scaling AI in the enterprise, exploring the operating model decisions that determine whether AI initiatives scale or stall.

  

Together, these works explore how organisations must redesign leadership, governance, and operating models to successfully scale AI, reflecting a consistent position: that AI transformation fails not because of technology, but because organisations were not designed to support it.


Manoj holds a First-Class Honours degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, UK, and has completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School in AI for Leaders, AI Essentials for Business, and Disruptive Strategy.
