Manoj Tavarajoo is an enterprise transformation and advisory leader with over 20 years of global experience working with boards, executives, and senior leadership teams at moments of strategic and operational inflection.

He supports organisations navigating enterprise and digital transformation where existing ways of operating, governing, or delivering change are no longer sufficient, but clarity is missing. His work focuses on translating digital, data, and AI investments into measurable outcomes, with a strong emphasis on building real AI maturity rather than technology-led activity.

Manoj specialises in high-stakes, cross-functional transformation at the intersection of strategy, governance, and execution, where initiatives are visible, complex, and critical to organisational performance. He is frequently engaged to clarify direction, stabilise delivery, and bring execution under control without adding noise or disruption.

Alongside advisory work, Manoj takes on senior program and transformation leadership roles where organisations require strong oversight, clear accountability, and calm leadership to move from ambition into sustained outcomes. His experience spans the full transformation lifecycle, from strategy and operating model design through execution oversight, recovery, and value realisation.

He has held senior roles and delivered enterprise transformation initiatives with global organisations including Vodafone Group, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, IBM, Acterna, Nexon Asia Pacific, and public sector agencies. He leads MyConsultancy, an independent advisory and transformation practice, and also serves as an Advisor with Dialectica, supporting clients on an ad hoc basis with independent insight on complex transformation, technology, and operating model topics.

Manoj is the author of Leading the AI Transformation. He holds a First-Class Honours degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, UK, and has completed Executive Education in Disruptive Strategy and AI Essentials for Business at Harvard Business School.
