Manoj Tavarajoo is an enterprise AI and transformation leader with over twenty years of global experience helping boards, executives and senior leaders translate transformation ambition into scalable enterprise capability and measurable business outcomes.

He operates at the intersection of strategy, governance, operating model design and execution, bringing together strategic, technical and delivery leadership to move organisations from intent to operational reality. His focus is building the governance frameworks, operating models and execution discipline that turn AI and transformation investment into measurable enterprise value, with direct accountability for outcomes across both advisory and embedded senior leadership engagements.

Manoj is frequently engaged where transformation initiatives are highly visible, complex or under pressure. His experience spans AI-enabled transformation, enterprise operating model redesign, data and analytics, cloud and platform modernisation and large-scale business and technology change. He has worked with global organisations including Vodafone Group, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, IBM, Acterna and Nexon Asia Pacific, as well as public sector organisations across the Asia Pacific region.

Alongside leading MyConsultancy, Manoj serves as an advisor with Dialectica, providing execution-informed perspectives on enterprise transformation, technology strategy, operating models and transformation risk to private equity firms, investors and corporates globally.

Manoj is the author of two books on AI transformation and enterprise operating models.

Manoj holds a First-Class Honours degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, UK, and has completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School in AI for Leaders, AI Essentials for Business and Disruptive Strategy.
