Manoj Tavarajoo is an AI and enterprise transformation leader with over twenty years of global experience helping boards, executives and senior leaders translate transformation ambition into scalable enterprise capability and measurable business outcomes.

He works at the intersection of AI strategy, operating model design, governance and execution oversight, bringing together strategic, technical and delivery leadership to move organisations from intent to operational reality. His focus is building the governance frameworks, operating models and execution discipline that turn AI and transformation investment into measurable enterprise value across advisory and embedded senior leadership engagements.

Manoj is typically engaged where transformation initiatives are highly visible, complex or strategically important, requiring alignment across strategy, governance, operating models and execution. His experience spans AI enabled transformation, enterprise operating model redesign, data and analytics, cloud, infrastructure and platform modernisation, and large scale business and technology change. He has worked with global organisations including Vodafone Group, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, IBM, Acterna and Nexon Asia Pacific, delivering transformation initiatives across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.

Alongside leading MyConsultancy, Manoj undertakes selected advisory engagements for Dialectica’s clients, including private equity firms, investors and corporates, on enterprise transformation, technology strategy, operating models and transformation risk. 

Manoj is the author of a three book series on AI leadership, operating models and governance: Leading the AI Transformation (Lead AI), The AI Operating Model Playbook (Organise AI), and The AI Governance Imperative (Govern AI). Together, the books trace a single argument: AI transformation fails not because of technology, but because organisations are not led, structured or governed to support it.

Manoj works with organisations as an external advisor and, where the mandate requires sustained leadership from within the organisation, in embedded senior leadership capacities. This provides strategic continuity, cross functional alignment and execution accountability across AI transformation, operating model change and governance uplift.

Manoj holds a First Class Honours degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, UK, and has completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School in AI for Leaders, AI Essentials for Business and Disruptive Strategy.
